Information about the house
In our house, dear guests, we do our best to
To look after you, but we strive to keep the house in order
A person who travels for recreation, who allows himself sun, joy and rest,
who would like to enjoy all the beautiful things, just like at home
Street and hiking boots air and dry best in the ski room/boot room, therefore we ask you to wear only slippers in the rest of the house.
As we are a non-smoking house, we kindly ask you to smoke either on the balcony or in the outdoor area next to the entrance. Naturally, we have provided ashtrays for this purpose.
Out of consideration for other guests and all residents of the house, we ask you to keep the night’s rest from 22 o’clock.

As waste separation is very important in Austria, we ask you to support us in this.
The waste room is located outside opposite the entrance door where we have placed bins for organic waste – paper – white glass – colored glass – residual waste – plastic/cans.
For hygienic reasons, we kindly ask you to always use a towel when using the relaxation cabin.
The relaxation cabin is available for your use daily from 8 to 10 AM and from 3 to 9 PM.
If you would like fresh towels, please just let us know. We will be happy to exchange them for you for a small fee (2 euros/each).
For daily fresh luggage you don’t even have to leave the house, you can conveniently order it the day before via our partner company until 19:30 and the next morning you will find it in front of the ski room door from around 07:00. Simply order in the online store at www.katschner-brot.at, pay online and enjoy the next morning. For our delivery address, please simply enter the
A free safe is available for the secure storage of your valuables.
To save your 4-digit code, simply press the button on the inside of the safe door briefly, enter the 4 desired numbers after the beep and confirm with Enter.
On the day of your departure we would ask you to leave the safe open.

On the day of departure we ask you to leave your apartment by 10 a.m. and to return the key chip to us.
Please pay the local tax and any exchangeable towels the day before your departure.
If the chip is lost, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 euros.
We only accept bank transfers or cash payment on site
In the event of above-average soiling , we will charge an additional cleaning fee.
We are available from 17:30 – 19:30 for your concerns and questions. In emergencies, you can reach us 24/7 on +43 664 2233226 (we charge a fee of 150 euros for misuse).
Please let us know your wishes or complaints directly, as only then can we take care of them immediately.

With the help of cable cars and lifts, or sometimes with a short hike, it’s very easy to venture into unsecured and uncontrolled terrain in the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn. Despite the great temptation, the high-alpine dangers of freeriding must not be disregarded. Anyone who ventures off the secured slopes acts entirely at their own risk!

Slope closure
All guests and winter sports enthusiasts are asked to take note of the slope closure: All ski slopes (except for the floodlit slope) in Saalbach Hinterglemm are closed from 5:00 PM to 8:30 AM according to local police regulations! We would like to once again point out the dangers posed by the winch-assisted slope grooming carried out by the mountain railways after operating hours!

To completely rethink a piste guidance system for a ski area as large and diverse as the SKICIRCUS Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn from scratch
is a mammoth task. But whoever wants to set an example in terms of orientation, safety, and system uniformity must lead the way.

28th Mountain Attack with Live Stream
The Mountain Attack is already entering its 28th round on January 16, 2026!
During these “night attacks” on Saalbach Hinterglemm’s mountains, ski tourers experience a true summit rush, as no less than 6 peaks and 3008 meters of altitude must be conquered during the marathon.
Freestyle Show Night
Whether on skis, board, or bike. The professionals of the Freestyle Show Night spare no effort to introduce their audience to freestyle sports with daring stunts and a breathtaking show.
The “mega-kicker” specially set up for this event series offers athletes the opportunity to showcase sophisticated and cool tricks and jumps.
In addition to the freestyle sports artists, the Freestyle Show Night also impresses the audience on the Turmwiese in Saalbach with live acts such as pyrotechnic, saxophone, and fire shows.
